Danny has 30+ years of experience in the flooring trade. He started out as a floor installer and then to a local sub-contractor.  

Danny founded Danny's Flooring in 2014 with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and meeting every customer's flooring need. 

He's very passionate and confident with the work that we provide to our customers. He has the knowledge and dedication for finding the ideal flooring solutions.

He's family oriented and enjoys spending time with his wife, kids and parents.

Shane has been in the flooring industry for over 20 years and has been with the Danny's Flooring team since 2014.  He has born in raised in Southern Maryland in St. Mary's County.

His goals are meeting and exceeding customers' expectations and providing a high level of customer service.

Jeff has over 25 years of flooring expertise and is highly passionate about helping homeowners find their perfect flooring solution for their unique needs.  He prides himself on building trustworthy relationships with all his customers.

He has comprehensive knowledge of all flooring types and installation processes.  

His excellent communication skills help him ensure customer satisfaction.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and fishing, which is his lifelong passion.

Kerry has been friends with Danny since they were teenagers and has been with Danny's Flooring for 3 years.  She decided to work for Danny because she knew he was fair, honest and passionate about his company.

Kerry's role includes helping customers with their flooring selections, managing the office + shop, answering incoming calls, managing logistics, invoicing, scheduling and various other duties to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Joe has known Danny since high school and has been working at Danny's Flooring for 9 years.

He receives all deliveries, prepares for install jobs, stains shoe molding + transition, cuts carpet and various other tasks to keep the shop in order.
